By accessing and using DigiConnect's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

DigiConnect provides software development, web development, app development, and system integration services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of DigiConnect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing service agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

DigiConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
